Planning Your Visit

Whether you’re seeking Clinical Counseling or Whole-Person Wellness services, our goal is to make getting started simple, comfortable, and supportive.

At Turn the Page Health & Wellness, healing begins with feeling heard. We’ll help you understand your options, choose the service that best fits your needs, and take the next step with confidence.

Whole-Person Wellness

Every wellness journey begins with education and a comprehensive understanding of your health, lifestyle, and goals.

During your evaluation, we’ll review nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, current concerns, and wellness goals. Optional specialty testing may be recommended when appropriate.

Whole-Person Wellness services support the connection between emotional and physical well-being through personalized guidance focused on nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, sleep, and other wellness factors. These services are educational and wellness-focused, separate from psychotherapy, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care.

Clinical Counseling

Your first counseling session is an opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin building a personalized treatment plan.

Your therapist will take time to understand your concerns, answer questions, and help identify practical next steps. Counseling may be provided in person or virtually when appropriate.

Together you’ll develop a personalized plan designed to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Why We Primarily Offer Self-Pay Care

At Turn the Page Health & Wellness, we believe quality care begins with the freedom to focus on your individual needs—not the limitations of an insurance plan.

Choosing a primarily self-pay model allows us to spend more time focused on your care rather than insurance requirements, recommend treatment based on your goals rather than insurance restrictions, offer greater privacy, provide flexibility in appointment length and frequency, and continue offering specialized services, including Whole-Person Wellness.

If you have out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.
